TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Should you choose to submit a booking enquiry, you (the hirer) acknowledge that you have read and agree to our booking terms and conditions:



1. Upon your booking date being confirmed, a non-refundable bond of $200 is payable within 2 business days in order to secure the booking.


2. If payment is not received within 2 business days, the booking may be cancelled without further notice.


3. The balance is payable on the day of the booking at point of pick up or via bank transfer 5 business days before date of booking. 

Your bond will be refunded the next business day if there’s no damage or excess cleaning. 


If you choose to cancel your booking, your bond will be used as a cancellation fee.


4. If the booking is cancelled 

Your deposit is non refundable 


5. Leopard Express or any associated entity will not be liable for any individual loss or damage incurred or accruing during the hiring of the bus (the booking).


6. The hirer or hirers are responsible for the cost of repairs resulting from any damage caused to the bus by any members of the hiring party, during the hiring of the bus.


7. Any bodily fluids found on the bus (vomit, urine etc) will incur an excess cleaning fee of $150


8. If any other excess cleaning is required as a result of the hiring an additional excess cleaning charge of $100 will apply.


9. We want you to have a fun and safe journey – violence and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in eviction from the bus (to as safe a place as reasonably allowable under the individual circumstances). Should eviction occur, you will not receive a refund and the individuals involved may be banned from making future bookings. 


10. You will provide your party with these terms and conditions – copies can be obtained by contacting us. Via email which is supplied on booking form . 


11. All routes are subject to access restrictions relating to RTA guidelines and Local Council requirements. Driver May contact costumer and require a change of pick up location due to restricted access. 


12. In some circumstances (e.g. bus mechanical failure) Leopard Express may not be capable of continuing the journey. In those circumstances, Leopard Express will refund the portion of the booking cost that relates to the non-operated part of the service.


13. Lost property – we will secure lost property that is found for 90 days. Please contact us should lost property occur.


14. PRIVACY - we respect your privacy. Your personal information will not be released, sold, etc to any third party who is not directly associated with Leopard Express or Nelly Leopard Events. Should any employee of Leopard Express or Nelly Leopard Events request photo's of the hirer and the hiring party for advertising / promotional reasons, you will be asked to provide verbal consent at the time of the booking. 


15. No ID . No 18+ booking 

We have the right to refuse anyone that refuses to show their ID to our Driver / Host when boarding the Party Bus . 


16. 0 tolerance to Drugs & intoxication

Anyone that tries to get onto the party bus under the influence of a drug or is intoxicated 

Will be refused entry onto the party buses.


17. Larger groups which are usually on the dance floor party buses. We supply all groups with a host. It’s a requirement of entry onto the party bus that you follow all request from the host, as instructed at the time and treat the driver and host with respect at all times. 

Otherwise cancellation of your booking may occur or individuals may be evicted from the bus 

Refer to requirement rule number 9. Includes behaviour at any rest stops or toilet stops.
